While you’re subscribed, we maintain everything we’ve built at no extra cost. Monitoring, fixes, updates, all included. This plan is for when the subscription ends.

What’s covered
- We watch it so you don’t. Monitoring and alerts on everything we built. When something breaks at 2am, we know before your team does.
- We fix what the world breaks. The systems your software connects to change constantly. Vendors update, retire, and rename things without asking you. We handle it.
- We keep the AI current. Models get replaced by their providers on a regular basis. We migrate, re-test, and confirm everything still works the way it did.
- We keep it patched. Security updates, applied as they’re released.
- Small fixes included. Up to 4 hours of corrective work each month. Anything bigger gets a quote before we start, never a surprise bill.
Response time: next business day, in writing, every time.
What’s not covered: new automations, new features, and changes because your business changed. That work goes on the list, and the list is what the subscription is for.
Pricing
Starts at $1,500 a month and scales with how many systems your software connects to, not with how much we built. A simple deployment shouldn’t pay for a complex one’s upkeep. We’ll quote your exact number before you ever need to decide.
